Do you fear Job Interviews? Take these two steps to cast them away...

1. Do not visit that office with the intention of desperately getting the job instead let the intention be to 'Show them who you are?' let them know that they are going to meet a gem of a person. This should be the ideal mindset. The problem with having a desire or need of that job is that it gives rise to fear and that makes you lose control and sweat on the hot seat.

2. A couple of days before you appear for the job interview, spend some time with those friends of yours who are lesser than you in terms of talent and intelligence but have reached a place far ahead than you in terms of their careers. Now, take a good at them and know that YOU being what YOU are, you deserve better opportunities and if you are afraid of facing something as basic as a job interview then you will have to bear the sight of 'people' who do not even have 10% of your capabilities but are more dynamic achievers than you. So, the question really is - Can you handle this regret? Or may be a better question is - Can you really allow fear of interviews to force you in living a low key life?

Think !!!!
